A Contemporary G+6 building at Town Square, developed by Nshama. The building's architectural concept is inspired by the natural setting of Town Square, incorporating warm cladding materials and emphasizing a connection with nature. Additionally, the project features a top-of-podium pool and landscape, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal and providing recreational spaces for residents.

The architectural design of the G+5 building will embrace a contemporary style, characterized by clean lines, simplicity, and a harmonious blend of materials. The design will prioritize functionality, aesthetics, and a sense of modernity, creating a visually striking and timeless structure.

In line with the natural setting of Town Square, the exterior finishes of the building will be carefully selected to complement the surrounding environment. Warm cladding materials, such as natural stone, wood, or earth-toned finishes, will be utilized to create a seamless integration with the landscape. The aim is to enhance the building's connection to nature and establish a sense of harmony between the built environment and the natural surroundings.
The project will include a top-of-podium pool and landscape, situated on the building's podium level. This space will provide residents with a tranquil and refreshing oasis within the urban environment. The architectural design will ensure the pool and landscape blend seamlessly with the overall aesthetic of the building and create a welcoming atmosphere. Landscaping elements, such as greenery, water features, and seating areas, will be incorporated to promote relaxation and community interaction.
