Our design for Kingdome Gate envisions a residential complex in Al Khobar, KSA, at the end of the King Fahd Causeway. With a residential G+14 tower, a G+5 residential and parking building, modern amenities, and a prime location, the design aims to create a comfortable and contemporary living environment for residents. The architectural design will focus on functionality, aesthetics, and seamless integration with the local context, offering a distinctive and desirable residential complex for residents in Al Khobar.

Our architectural project aims to develop a residential complex in Al Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) at the end of the King Fahd Causeway, connecting Bahrain to KSA. The complex will consist of a residential G+14 tower and a G+5 residential and parking building. The design prioritizes functionality, aesthetics, and the integration of modern amenities to create a comfortable and contemporary living environment for residents.
The residential complex will feature a striking G+14 tower, which will serve as the centerpiece of the development. The tower will offer a range of residential units, including apartments of varying sizes and configurations. The architectural design will focus on creating efficient floor plans, optimizing space utilization, and ensuring ample natural light and ventilation for each unit. The tower's façade will reflect a modern aesthetic, harmonizing with the surrounding urban landscape while creating an iconic presence.
In addition to the tower, the residential complex will include a G+5 residential and parking building. This building will provide additional residential units and convenient parking facilities for residents. The architectural design will prioritize well-planned layouts, functional living spaces, and efficient parking arrangements. The building's design will complement the tower and maintain a cohesive visual identity for the entire complex.
