The building itself is designed as a five-story structure, featuring a ground floor and five additional levels. The architectural design embraces modern elements, characterized by clean lines, sleek finishes, and an eye-catching façade. The exterior combines a mix of materials, such as glass, concrete, and metal accents, resulting in a visually appealing and contemporary appearance.
One of the standout features of Holland Gardens is the top-of-podium pool. Situated on the uppermost level of the building, the pool provides residents with a refreshing retreat and a space to unwind.
