The architectural design will ensure that each restaurant has its unique identity while maintaining a cohesive overall aesthetic. Outdoor dining areas will be carefully integrated into the surrounding landscape, creating pleasant and inviting spaces for guests to enjoy their meals.
The complex will house a shopping center, providing visitors with a comprehensive retail experience. The architectural design will focus on creating an inviting and functional layout, with well-planned circulation, attractive storefronts, and comfortable common areas. The shopping center will incorporate a mix of local and international brands, catering to diverse preferences and enhancing the overall visitor experience.

Al Hayat City will include a G+5 hotel, offering comfortable accommodation for guests. The architectural design will prioritize creating well-appointed guest rooms, spacious common areas, and amenities such as restaurants, fitness facilities, and business centers. The design will incorporate elements of the City’s Design, adding a sense of place and creating a unique identity for the hotel.
To provide a distinctive and memorable experience, the complex will feature a Ferris wheel. This iconic structure will offer visitors panoramic views of the surroundings and become a recognizable landmark in Jeddah. The architectural design will prioritize safety, accessibility, and an aesthetically pleasing integration of the Ferris wheel with the overall complex.

At the heart of the complex, there will be a central water feature with fountains. This focal point will enhance the ambiance and create a serene and inviting atmosphere. The architectural design will incorporate water elements in a visually appealing manner, combining the soothing sounds of flowing water with artistic displays. The surrounding areas will provide seating and gathering spaces for visitors to relax and enjoy the views.
To host cultural and entertainment events, the complex will include an amphitheater. This outdoor venue will provide a platform for performances, concerts, and other live events. The architectural design will focus on creating optimal acoustics, visibility, and seating arrangements to ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience for attendees.

Indoor Kids Playing Arena: Recognizing the importance of family-friendly spaces, the complex will include an indoor kids playing arena.
