MAKS Engineering Consultancies developed the project with on a 130,000 square meters on Dubai land. The ski resort complex was designed with the main dome at a height of 75 meters and 220 meters in diameter and would feature a ski dome, residential towers, hotels, a shopping mall, restaurants, coffee shops and retail outlets.

The snow dome would be surrounded by eleven towers, nine being residential, and two being crystal decoration. The snowdome would also contain a rotating ski deck, a training area, ice rink for recreational skiing, toboggan area, and a snow play area for children.
