Our architectural design aims to create a vibrant and dynamic hospitality complex that caters to various needs and provides an exceptional experience for visitors. The complex will consist of 25 standalone restaurants buildings, a fast-food section, clinics & recreational center, a cinema complex, and a large central dancing fountains centerpiece cascading into the Gulf. The design will prioritize functionality, aesthetic appeal, and seamless integration with the surrounding environment.
At the heart of the complex, there will be a grand central plaza featuring large dancing fountains that cascade into the Gulf. These fountains will be a visual spectacle, captivating visitors with their choreographed water displays. The architectural design will incorporate the fountains seamlessly into the surrounding landscape, creating a stunning focal point and an inviting gathering space.

The complex will feature 25 standalone restaurant Buildings, each offering a unique culinary experience and ambiance. The architectural design will focus on creating distinct spaces for each restaurant, ensuring a diverse range of architectural styles, interior designs, and outdoor seating areas. The layout will be carefully planned to provide easy access and a seamless flow of customers.
Clinics & Recreational Center: Recognizing the importance of health and wellness, the complex will incorporate clinics to provide medical services for visitors. These clinics will be designed to offer a comfortable and welcoming environment, ensuring a positive experience for patients. The architectural design will prioritize privacy, functionality, and accessibility.
Cinema Complex: To enhance the entertainment offerings of the complex, a cinema complex will be integrated into the design. The cinema will feature state-of-the-art facilities, multiple screening rooms, and a variety of seating options. The design will focus on creating an immersive cinematic experience while ensuring optimal acoustics, visibility, and comfort for moviegoers.
Al Khobar Destination envisions a vibrant hospitality complex that combines outstanding culinary experiences, convenient services, entertainment options, and a captivating central feature with dancing fountains cascading into the Gulf.
